As the owner of Above the Line Consulting, I’m deeply passionate about helping businesses thrive by creating efficient systems that free up time for owners to focus on what they do best. I believe in the power of conscious leadership, where the focus is not just on what we do, but how we do it—with intention, clarity, and purpose.Accounting isn’t just my profession; it’s what I love. I genuinely enjoy the work, and I’m excited to help others build stronger, more efficient businesses.

With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, I am both Connectwise Certified and QuickBooks Online Certified. My focus is on creating actionable results that integrate seamlessly into SLI reporting, helping businesses make data-driven decisions. As an active member of the MSP community, I’m always staying connected and informed to provide the best possible solutions for my clients.

When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my family. We love camping, exploring new places, biking, and reading. Our travel trailer takes us to state parks where we can enjoy nature and create lasting memories. I strive to be intentional with my time outside of work, especially with my kids, ensuring we make the most of our moments together.

Operations Director

A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant deployed overseas in Iraq, I bring a disciplined, mission-focused approach to business operations. With over 20 years of management experience, I specialize in leading small to mid-sized companies with an emphasis on operational excellence, financial analysis, inventory control, and human resource strategy. My military background—including graduation from the School of Infantry and serving as a unit career counselor—shaped my ability to lead, advise, and perform under pressure.

In my civilian career, I have managed 24/7 business units, including pharmacy operations requiring strict compliance with legal and procedural regulations. My expertise includes analyzing financial statements, overseeing bookkeeping, managing payroll, resolving complex HR issues, streamlining inventory systems, and leveraging data-driven insights to boost efficiency and profitability.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, perfecting my smoked ribs, camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors in my Jeep. I’m passionate about applying my leadership and operational skills to help organizations succeed and thrive.
